Modifiers for Compounded Meds

Hey y'all, I am trying to find some info on modifier(s) for compounded mes. The example I was given is "Adenosine is able to be compounded by the pharmacy and packaged in 10 ml vials instead of 20 ml and 30 ml manufactured doses." We need to find out if this is ok to use and bill. So far I have come up with modifiers KP & KQ but not sure how this should be billed. Thanks so much, Melanie.

From what I gather you need to use J3490 Unclassified drugs and send in with an invoice - yuck!
